Volunteer!

The Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show would not be possible without the countless hours contributed by our volunteers. The show is staffed entirely by volunteers and pinball enthusiasts. We need your help!

Volunteer Games

The show will transport your games if there are 3 or more, or if you have them at one of our staging areas.

Incentives for self-transported games:

• 1-3 Machines = one weekend pass per game, five $1 prize draw tickets.
• 4-6 Machines = one weekend pass per game to a max of 5, ten $1 prize draw tickets.
• 7-10 Machines = up to five weekend passes, ten $1 prize draw tickets, one $20 prize draw tickets.
• 11+ Machines = up to five weekend passes, ten $1 prize draw tickets, two $20 prize draw tickets.

Incentives for games that the show transports:

• 3-5 Machines (3 minimum) = one weekend pass, five $1 prize draw tickets.
• 6-8 Machines = two weekend passes, ten $1 prize draw tickets.
• 9-11 Machines = three weekend passes, ten $1 prize draw tickets, one $20 prize draw tickets.
• 12+ Machines = up to five weekend passes, ten $1 prize draw tickets, two $20 prize draw tickets.

Volunteer Time

No games to contribute? Not a problem! You can still help out tremendously by volunteering your time. Anyone volunteering 4 or more hours will receive a single day wristband. Volunteering 8 or more hours is rewarded with a weekend pass.
